AI extraction
Every document becomes a structured record: parties, tax IDs, dates, net/tax/gross totals and line items, with field locations traced back to the page.
Categorise and review
Records are categorised against account headings, learning your corrections per client. Review side-by-side with the source document.
Export
A clean Excel workbook (or record-by-record PDF pack) ready for accounts preparation, VAT work or analysis.
